Duygu’s Peace Journal- Day 17
CONNECTING TO PEACE IN THE INTENSE INVASION OF EMOTIONS-Yesterday, while napping suddenly woke up with a playing song in the serie… which touched my heart deeply and stirred up buried emotions from the past…In the scene, a teenager boy studying in a very disciplined catholic school plays this song for the battered woman living next door so that she can listen to it through the walls, and heal her inner wounds. This story was not about them, but about me. This beautiful love story was my life. My past…

IT IS TIME TO PLAY NOW AND FOREVER- Letter to inner child, to me… Dear little one, You are safe. You are with me. You don’t depend on no one, nothing. You are free. Your happiness, protection and joy is unnegotiable. You can let go people whom you trusted and betrayed you. All you loved in them, it is within you. You can leave or land on anywhere, anytime. Nobody and no force can shackle, abuse, afraid, hurt, shame, embarrass, use or neglect you.

LETTING ABUNDANCE IN- TWO YEARS OF FULL TIME SHADOW WORK AND ITS REWARDS- Since I have moved to Edmonton, Alberta, my work volume tripled. No exaggeration here. It just happened in one month and a half. I have done absolutely nothing for this to happen, except this is one of the consequences of my inner work….
INTEGRITY FOR PEACE
Our actions are the reflections of our values. Acting by our true self is integrity. If we don’t act following our true self, we act by Ego; we are not aligned with peace. Thus, acting by the Ego (false-self) and expecting peace is delusional. What are your values? Do your actions follow your values? Signs of integrity. How you defend integrity for peace? Praying for peace does not bring peace, unless your actions follow your values.
Duygu’s Peace Journal- Day 14
(…) So-called poets did readings of their poems… in muzzle. Is this Art? Is this poetry? Definitely not. This is fakeness, and it hurts. (…) At home, I put a “Tree of life” incense, laid down next to my purring peaceful baby girl Ekiki, and allowed myself to heal by reading real poetry, art… which comes from the soul and plays the tunes of freedom, and eternity.

(..) I also meet amazing people, daily. All my friends from all around the world… We are connected by our choices out of our integrity. They are beautiful, brave, free, and old souls… They are just fantastic! They teach me so much, hold my hands and hug me so tight… We are all connected. More than ever.
Duygu’s Peace Journal- Day 11
THRIVING AND PEACE-Since my childhood, I am very much interested in the human brain. I have read a lot of books and watched documentaries about it. Once, when I was a teenager, I remember spending all my Christmas holiday in my room, reading books that I could find in the public library about the human brain; biology, religions, and different approaches… While I re-listen to Dr. Dispenza’s episodes, my hands are busy too. Here, it is art in progress… I don’t think this is the final stage, but I like the most sharing their making process…
Duygu’s Peace Journal- Day 10
MY VEGAN RECIPE: “HAPPY TUMMY BUNNY”-I prepare my food like the way I live my life; gathering things that I love and enjoy around me, mixing them, putting them together, doing collages with them, creating new things, studying things which works together, and trying different combinations…
Duygu’s Peace Journal- Day 9
PEACE IN SILENCE-Sometimes peace is skipping to write your journal. Yesterday, that is exactly what I did. Dizziness, some kind of weird emotional state stayed with me until I read this love poem…Anna Swir did not mean a romantic love when she wrote these lines, yet for me…it is a profound romantic love poem. I had all my energy afternoon, I went to the country and drove a huge truck for the first time in my life. It was ecstasy. While still cold in Edmonton, warm and wholesome in my heart. I am ready to write romantic love poems.
Duygu’s Peace Journal- Day 8
Honestly, I am somewhere in my life where I have never been… unknown, yet feeling totally safe, and I know 100% what I am doing even though I do something for the first time. Tired like a victorious warrior after the most cruel war in human history, yet so relaxed… all anxiety is gone. Excited like a young butterfly who tries it wings for the first time, yet it knows exactly how doing it… self-esteem is restored.
Longing…
I can not wait to meet my land, several trees and insects and animal visitors…wilderness. Maybe I need to drive 5 days 9 hours daily, but isn’t it the part of the adventure? I will share my road trip with you. I am sure you will like it as much as I do 🙂

Peace Quote of the Day
No freedom no peace. Restricting human rights and freedom can not be for good purposes, but only to create chaos, war, and anxiety which are best environment for controlling people. There is no good intension behind freedom restrictions, and history proved this reality over and over again.

FARMERS ARE KEY PLAYERS OF PEACE
I follow The Crackpot Farmer for some time now, and I was so excited when he started a new project about “farming in 5 minutes or less”. He helps consumers get connected where their food comes from. Who would be more eligible and efficient than a farmer for this task? Farmers are key players of Peace.
